People look at the great paintings by Rembrandt, Van Gogh or Da Vinci and marvel at their imagination and vision. Yet, they may give no thought to the Source of the artist's inspiration. Shall we assume there is no consciousness or imagination behind creation itself?
We need not call it "God" or by any name at all, but we ignore the mystery of nature and the universe at our peril. If there is any chance that we are a part of a creative power that is the source of the heavens and earth—isn’t finding our connection the most important goal of life?
Some are content to look upon a stunning work of art. Others must know about the original Artist. |
