We live our lives at a dizzying pace, always racing toward things in the future that we are convinced will bring us that special something we are searching for. The special something we are looking for is not a thing we can acquire on the outside and bring into our interior being. It is something within our own being that once found, we can carry to the outside.
We find it in nature, in stillness and silence, in the fragrance of the birdsong, in the melody of the flowers blooming. They spring from the same Source as that we are seeking. In truth, it is our very Nature.
Essentially, what we are seeking is who we already are. |
