There is something to be said for seeking out or taking time to create a sacred space where we can just "be." Incense and candlelight or sunlight and leaves dancing with the wind are beautiful to watch. If we can just be present and observe without analysis or judgment we “enter into the beauty.”
The mind doesn't believe there can be anything worth pursuing that it is not actively involved in. It doesn't understand that its highest function is to be a perfectly clear lens into still consciousness.
