Even when the story of our life is going the way we want it to go, identifying with it still keeps us apart from the deepest sense of wholeness, security, peace and love.
Our constant occupation with our outer life is a burden and a weight of which we are not even aware. It is as though we are scaling a mountain and don't realize we are carrying a backpack full of rocks!
When we are able to let go and dissolve into Stillness, it is like dropping the rocks, putting on wings and soaring off into bliss. Whenever beauty moves us out of our small personal story we become a part of Something larger. That is our destiny. |
