If you have embarked on the path of meditation you are no stranger to the work and the struggle of trying to take the reigns of your thoughts and steer them to the object of your meditation.
Fortunately, there are occasional reprieves when for no apparent reason we find ourselves suspended in a moment of quiet peace. This gives us encouragement and a glimpse of a greater peace we are moving toward.
Call it what you will, it is a precious little gift. Some would call it Grace.
