The peach tree miraculously transforms sunlight, rain and nutrients from the earth into a delicious peach. If we pause for a moment with fruit in hand we can feel the awe and mystery of this Divine creation and our connection to it.
This is especially true when we have picked the fruit from the tree it has grown on, and when it has grown on the same ground we walk upon, formed on a limb in the same air we breathe, and began as a blossom opening into the same Light that illumines our world. Our separateness from the peach is the illusion—our connection is the true vision.
