Within each of us lies a vast and mysterious realm of desires, thoughts, feelings and memories. And through it all there remains a constant longing for something we can never seem to hold on to. Even when we think our goals are clearly defined and we attain them, the deep satisfaction, security and sense of wholeness are short-lived.
Eventually we must face everything with courage and bring all that we are into the light of our own consciousness. There is so much that we hide from our own eyes! When we observe everything clearly and without analysis or judgment, we begin to see what it is we have been yearning for.
We find it not in anything we must add to ourself, but simply in being fully present with all that we are and all that is.
