It is so easy for us to wake up in the morning and begin our day taking for granted the greatest mystery in life. We rarely, if ever ask the questions, “how did I get inside this body, where did I come from—who am I?” We connect with the world and others around us through sight, sound, smell, taste and touch.
Yet, we are barely aware that our entire experience of existence and life takes place in our mind. The world we perceive as reality doesn’t even exist. Ancient yogis and sages told us, and now physics confirms that physical reality is an illusion. This body that seems so solid is 99.99999% empty space! Pursuing the question, “Who am I,” we move toward Truth.
