That's the magic! The utter simplicity of being completely where we are. The human brain, our mind, as marvelous an instrument as it is, is also the single cause of nearly all of our misery. Our thoughts keep us so much in the past and the future that we often experience very little of our actual life, which only takes place in the present moment.
Nature is fully in the here and now, and that is the precious gift she offers. Nature sweeps us out of our heads and into the magic of the present moment. Such a long journey to arrive where we always have been.
