Every day that we have the good fortune to open our eyes upon this world, we are given a fresh new beginning. The sun rising anew each day is a reminder to us that yesterday is gone. Whatever happened yesterday while the sun traveled overhead is over.
We can bring what we learned in the past into the present and use it constructively. But, if we spend the present reliving the past, we are living in a dream, visiting ghosts. It is for us to awaken into the reality of the present like the morning sun.
