Dispelling darkness is not a battle. We need only bring in the light. In a room that is dark, with shades drawn and door shut, light will immediately enter if the shades or the door are opened. Within our own consciousness, stillness is the open window or the open door.
This is the portal through which Light shines, untainted by preconceptions, judgments and conditioning that so easily shape our thoughts. We don’t have to defeat darkness, we just have to open our windows and doors—and let in the Light.
