Sages and spiritual masters through the ages have described our deepest inner being as a realm of light, temporarily clothed in a physical body, on a journey back to the Source. If you consider this to be myth and fantasy it is a beautiful story of symbolic truths.
However, if you think or feel there may be real truth to be found here, it is a profound idea, more astonishing than the wildest fiction. This consciousness we experience day to day is spoken of as a dream in relation to another level of consciousness beyond thought. We can't imagine it, for imagination is also thought. What revelations might we have if we could just be still—and awaken.
