Tree huggers take a lot of heat for being wacky but most people who have found a deep connection with nature would describe it as love! “I love the ocean at sunset, I love the mountains in dawn light, I love the night sky with a thin sliver of a moon.” No one would think these to be the ramblings of a lunatic!
The beauty of nature opens something inside us just as sunlight opens the petals of a rose. The love we have for nature can help us to expand our love for those around us. We love the forest, the mountains and the ocean just as they are. Can we do the same for the human beings in our lives?
