In how many ways do we try to capture and describe beauty? The artist, the musician, the poet, the dancer, all strive in vain to express the inexpressible. And yet there is magic in the great works of art. We are reminded of something much greater than we can comprehend or grasp.
John Muir said, "No synonym for God is so perfect as Beauty. Whether as seen carving the lines of the mountains with glaciers, or gathering matter into stars - still all is Beauty!"
It is in the openness of awe and wonder that our souls touch the source of the beauty that moves us, and we find that that Source is within our own being.
