Here are the fruits
of seeds sown long ago

A sumptuous feast fit for a king
born in the heart of a beggar

        We are all beggars, and all kings and queens. Not one among us actually “owns” anything. Everything we have in this life is on loan. Even if we have “earned” what we believe we own, who gave us this body, mind, and motivation to do whatever we've accomplished? Who will not have to let go of everything at some point in life?

When we no longer identify our “self” as our body, mind and thoughts, we inherit our true identity, the Source of all we experience in this life. Who we are is not just an actor in the play of life. We are one with the Author of this incredible drama. With this realization, we become whole. The teardrop has merged in the sea.
